The primary objective of the Fund is to achieve capital growth over the medium term by investing in real estate development projects. This is accomplished through acquiring properties for construction and development purposes within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the aim of generating capital appreciation. The Fund may subsequently sell the properties and/or lease, operate, and sell them to third parties, and ultimately liquidate the Fund, as deemed in the best interests of the unitholders, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and within a period not exceeding the Fund’s term.
