A closed-ended private real estate investment fund that complies with Sharia standards and controls and was established in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Funds Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority in the Kingdom.
The Fund main objective is to grow capital in the medium term, by investing in multi-use real estate development projects to achieve capital growth by acquiring real estate for the purpose of construction development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and then selling and/or leasing, operating, selling to others and terminating the Fund, in accordance with what is in the best interest of the unit holders, as stated in the terms and conditions, within a period not exceeding the Fund’s term.
