The Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital), in its capacity as the Fund Manager, announces a change in the Board of Directors of SEDCO Capital Multi Asset Traded Fund due to the appointment of Board Member Mr. Bassam Al-Mutairi (non-independent), effective from 07 Shabaan 1447H, corresponding to 26 January 2026G.

The formation of the Board of Directors after the change shall be:

  2. Bassam Almutairi – Non -Independent Member
  3. Savio Tong -Independent Member
  4. Gary Dugan-Independent Member
